As Managing Partner of Vallone & Vallone, Mr. Vallone oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and serves as General Counsel for the firm’s corporate clients. Mr. Vallone’s considerable legal experience includes Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, Estate and Elder Law Planning, and directing all aspects of Civil Personal Injury litigation from Arbitration to obtaining judgments for the firm’s clients.

Paul Vallone is also Board Member and/or counsel to the following organizations: The New York City Board of Corrections which regulates the Department of Corrections, The Department of Health and the world’s largest population of detainees and inmates, St. John’s Preparatory School, the Variety Boys and Girls Clubs of Astoria, the Astoria Civic Association, the Astoria/LIC Kiwanis Organization, United Civic Association, the Taminent Regular Democratic Club, the Lt. Joseph Petrosian Lodge of the Order of the Sons of Italy, a member of Community Planning Board One and serves as Chairman to Parks Department Committee and co-chair the Land Zoning Committee. Mr. Vallone is listed in “Who’s Who of Entrepreneurs.”
